  I split my time between the tasks of Team Lead and Project Manager. As Team Lead for a group of MS D365 professionals, I have a range of responsibilities, incl. planning and supporting competence development, recruiting, resourcing, administrative tasks. I'm a member of the management group of our unit, with HR topics as my main responsibility. In the Project Manager role, I’m responsible for the overall success of projects, tasks varying from resourcing to budgeting and from scheduling to communication while most importantly making sure that the project team delivers what is agreed in the agreed time frame. I previously acted in the Service Manager role being responsible e.g. for the overall development of customer relations. Show less
