Show less JOB RESPONSIBILITY:*I studied carefully the plans on PDF, AUTOCAD, DWF Format (Excavation Plans, Shoring plans, Foundation Plans) in preparation of Dewatering Design.*Extracting all the details from the drawings such as plot dimension, Excavation levels, type of shoring system which required for design and estimation process.*Studying and taking into consideration the soil report such as GWT and soil strata.Planning the site location of the plot in order to locate the nearest possible discharge of water.*I do checking and reading carefully the initial contract whether it is in line with the agreed quotations before sending in to the project management finalizing.*Generating the quotation and Commercial offer as per the approved design estimated requirement.*Doing proper correspondence with the client either in letter and emails for any clarification required regarding the subject project during TENDER or JOB IN HAND project.*Responding to the project site issues and any complaint received by mail or letter.Taking care and updating the registries (Inquires Quotation Letter Method Statement and related document).*Prepare Dewatering drawings and layouts as per the design.*Prepare NOC document and submitting Relevant Authorities.*Securing all related permits and certificate to the authorities before any commencement at the project site.*Prepare monthly invoice as per work done report and issue to sales engineer for submitting to the client.
