      Program manager for the US Navy's T-45 aircraft. Responsible for production and post-production modification, procedures development, training, acceptance and delivery, contract proposal, and contract compliance. Total program cost: $5.2B.Coordination with the Boeing Company and Naval Air Systems Command (PMA 273) to deliver changes and improvements to the overall T-45 Training System.Proposed, initiated, and led development of Stability Augmented Steering System which reduced loss of life/airframe destruction accident rate to zero in the ground handling regime. Oversaw and coordinated Boeing engineers, US Navy test pilots, Pentagon contracts, and Earned Value Management compliance requirements. Individual contract in excess of $180 million.Led and tested T-45 simulator software/hardware rework to more accurately reflect aircraft handling characteristics.Oversaw development of final T-45 NATOPS manuals, checklists, procedures, and training from their provisional predecessors. Show less Performed hardware/software teardown of AGM-88 HARM missile for procedural and operational updates as well as Electronic Attack Weapons School curriculum development.Developed and authored USQ-113 Communications Jammer procedures, training, and usage in coordination with BAe Systems engineers. Methods were combat proven improvements to Suppression of Enemy Air Defense (SEAD) and Command and Control (C2) missions in Bosnia and Iraq.Provided training and in-flight battle simulation experiences for pilots and air defense crews with the Jordanian and Omani Air Forces.
