  As part of File Systems team worked on MultiNode & Single node Distributed File System.Added Splice feature to the FS which resulted in improvement in read performance.File, Block, NFS and SMB Performance analysis runs on FS over Simplivity Cluster.Worked on kernel performance profiling - which includes generation of kernel stack trace and flamegraphs for CPU and Latency over NFS protocol. Performed characterization profiling, analysis of network traffic and disk utilization for File Persona and 3 PAR File System using tools like Vesper, Iozone. Worked on porting the pfs layer of File Persona to higher versions of Centos kernel . Test scripts for verifying the features of File System, and generating line , functions and branch coverage graphs using LCOV and GCOV tools. Show less
