Area 1 Construction Manger on a Lump-sum EPC Contract, currently responsible for completion of all Area 1 building, civil, piping/ mechanical and electrical scopes (construction/ pre-commissioning), whilst executing Landscaping scope from detailed engineering through to completion, consisting of; large civil structures, underground piping network and associated pumps and controls, transformer/ switchgear installation and electrical distribution network, K12 rated security fencing and all soft scape and hard scape finishings. (August, 2021 - July, 2022)Project Manager, Root Cause AnalysisLiam was responsible for driving a team to complete a Root Cause Analysis Investigation & Repair, consisting of: construction, engineering, quality control, project management, subject matter experts and International third party consultants.
