      As a member of the National Youth Collective, I work to advocate for and strengthen the power of young people at AIUSA. I served as a representative on the Cultural Assessment Committee, working towards increasing IDEA practices at Amnesty International. As a SAC, I mobilized Amnesty student groups across New England to grow and strengthen their activism. I also served as a Youth Member on the International Committee, helping advise AIUSA on matters relating to the International Secretariat. As a keynote speaker at both the 2020 RAC, and the 2021 AGM, I have delivered presentations on both student group recruitment and retention and youth engagement with the movement.

      At More than Words, I conducted outreach to 25+ Boston area organizations to secure employment partnerships for MTW graduates. I specifically focused on building out new pathways for MTW youth who possess a significant criminal background, those who are balancing work and life as young parents, and neurodiverse youth.
