      Taught by Google professionals, the UX Design Certificate was a rigorous, hands-on program that covers the design process from end to end. Applying Design Thinking techniques, I learnt how to represent my users during user research, competitive audits, persona crafting, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and iterating.
