      Managed multiple projects that involved upgrading and maintaining one of the U.S. Air Force’s oldest ground support fixed wing aircraft. Successfully managed the completion of five simultaneous modifications to the A-10 European fleet prior to scheduled deployment. Oversaw a $25 million avionics architecture trade analysis, which included developing avionics and support equipment architecture roadmaps. Managed the integration and procurement of a $43 million air-to-ground communication system for the A-10 fleet. Also completed many multi-million dollar projects dealing with fuel devices, mission recording systems, electronic warfare, and ground equipment. Responsibilities included working with air commands, contract depots, contractors and suppliers, and support program functional personnel to ensure modifications run smoothly. Worked as a team leader on many Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in support of mission essential projects. IPTs include personnel support from engineering, contracting, equipment specialist, and financial management. Duties also involved creating requirement and contractual documents, overseeing development and testing, managing program funds, procuring aircraft components and equipment, scheduling and managing modifications, and briefing management on project status.
