  Key Responsibilities:Supporting Mercatus Center Fellows with all aspects of their economic policy research, including data collection, literature reviews, exploratory analyses, and report drafting.Working closely with Senior Fellows in the Financial Markets Working Group, including a current SEC commissioner, with their research on the market impact of financial regulation.Authoring policy briefs summarizing Mercatus’ academic research for audiences in public policy and in the U.S. Congress. Presenting research at academic and public policy-oriented conferences.Key AccomplishmentsPublished a comprehensive review of scholarly research on the state of small business lending since the financial crisis in the Journal of Entrepreneurship and Public Policy.Co-authored a Mercatus Center working paper that empirically estimated the causal impact of hospital regulations on patient health outcomes.
