Responsible for team of approximately 18 people consisting of business analysts, developers, project managers and administrators, testers and trainers. I was responsible for reporting the daily positions on the FX Trading Desk as well as dealing with the entire process in the back office from confirmation to settlement. I was also responsible for all risk management and regulatory reporting.
