  As the NATOPS Officer at HC-2, directed an training, audit, testing, and qualification program that ensured all pilots and aircrew met the highest standards of certification to conduct helicopter operations. Operations included the sole Executive Helicopter Transport squadron for the Navy, routinely and safely moving senior military flag-level leadership on the eastern seaboard. Directed and signed off on certifications for Deck Landing at Sea, Vertical Replenishment and Externals Cargo Loads, Aircraft Commander, Aircraft Second Pilot, Mission Commander, Airborne Fire Fighting, and many others. Effectively and Efficiently managed the largest budget within my Wing with the highest level of training and operational effectiveness. Specifically, designed and deployed the first ever mobilization program for US Navy Selected Reservists in support of Commander Fifth Fleet mine countermeasures efforts in the Persian Gulf.
