  Joined newly contracted team in 2011 to manage the post production side of start up in a new location with a Mac/ FCP workflow. Remained focused on team relationships and engagement, while including clients and associates into into the fold._ Acted as Post Producer on projects while managing post-processes, equipment, and trouble- shooting in a Final Cut team environment._ Added ideas and creative to projects from start to finish._ Implemented archive process , including LTO backups, in order to provide seamless updates and/or changes for any client request at any time...any year._No two jobs were ever the same twice due to changing needs of clients, business owners, and corporate culture evolution's._Managed 2015 transition from Final Cut Pro to Adobe Premiere Pro CC...with very little down time and no missed deadlines._Scheduled Editor training for Premiere Pro CC and quickly led training for Production staff._ Led team S.O.Ps for final deliverable's with appropriate codecs and file formats using Adobe Media Encoder and Telestream Episode._Initiated the use of Red Giant's Magic Bullet suite, Motion VFX, and other third party providers/ plug-in's.   Made a return to BMW to get involved with a start-up known as Studio One.StudioOne is a cooperative effort between Marketing and Corporate Communications.We service anyone within the organization, and can facilitate any range of production.We create content for everything from TVCs to POS displays, to distribution to social media.
