Plan, program, integrate, and oversee the $785 million, 5-year Army Medical S&T Portfolio Program Objective Memorandum (POM). Represent Army Medical equities on the HQDA-G8 FDL portfolio Working Group, responsible for coordination & integration of $74 million 5-year POM.
