  I am responsible for designing, and prioritizing sprint tasks, creating PRDs, and coordinating with engineering, business, and design teams to develop new features and improve our CRM tool.Some of the assisted mode journeys that I integrated are:1. Successfully integrated a generative AI solution into our in-house CRM tool, using the RAG framework and Azure Open AI LLM Models. This integration provides frontline staff with hyper-personalized content generation, context-aware information retrieval, summarization, and formatting of natural language responses in real-time. The architecture is designed as a microservice within Genie to orchestrate the flow and utilize Weaviate as a database for storing documents in vector format.2. Premium Rupee Plan (PRP): I led the integration of the Premium Rupee Plan (PRP), a user-friendly digital tool for NRIs to book FDs. This not only brings in a monthly revenue of about 45 crores INR but also speeds up the traditional booking process by 97%.3. Debit Card Upgrade/Reissuance Feature: I introduced a feature allowing users to upgrade or reissue their debit cards, leading to a monthly revenue increase of around 1 Crore INR by promoting the premium variant.4. Mutual Fund Purchase: Implemented the process for users to sell Mutual Funds to customers, contributing to a monthly revenue of 10 Crores INR. To achieve this, I seamlessly integrated a set of 12 complex APIs, ensuring the smooth flow of transactions, and thereby enhancing overall user experience and operational efficiency. Additionally, I leveraged Adobe Systems to cascade information to customers, further optimizing the communication process and enriching the overall user journey5.
