The company brought its innovative vision to the Brazilian call center industry back in 2011 and I was selected as the field marketing manager in charge of the company start up phase.The marketing program I build had as its goal to position ININ's brand among well established competitors through big events sponsorship and media relations. We were able to position ININ as the best source for product and industry information to the press and local analysts, due to the company global footprint and extended collaboration between international teams. In no time we were knocking at the industry leaders doors, we were the new comers that took the industry by surprise. For this work I was recognized "The Best Marketing Employee of the Year" in 2012 and was promoted to regional field marketing manager for Latin America to extend local programs region wide. I then supported I team of account managers, was in charge or PR management across Latin America, brand awareness building and channel marketing in 8 countries. The LA lead generation team was also under my management and generated demand for the entire sales organization (around 50% of qualified business opportunities was generated by the lead generation specialists team). We started to use content marketing when it began to trend among marketeers, creating digital marketing campaigns and scoring leads.Our marketing program was key to position ININ as one of the contact center solution leading providers in Latin America, the best sales performance for field teams in 2012, 2013 and 2014. I was given the opportunity to start the company marketing program across Latin America supporting the sales team in Brazil and Mexico. In this role I was able to differentiate the brand from its competitors through content marketing, event sponsoring and PR programs.I managed the lead generation team that was in charge of lead nurturing and follow-up as well. Our team have generated up to 85% of the business opportunities on Tangoe's pipeline during the first 12 months of work. In partnership with the outbound marketing strategy we have successfully used content market to generate lead, localizing rich content and assets like infographics, white papers and reports produced by the marketing team in the US. With coordinated activities and messaging we were able to evangelize the market helping them to identify latent needs for a new IT inventory management model.
