  I concluded my first successful term as the Social Media Manager in September 2019 and handed the position over to my successor. Due to external complications I was asked to do a second term and returned to the division in February 2020.I was in charge of all marketing initiatives and campaigns at the Division of Student Development and managed all of Student Development's social media accounts. I also assisted in the facilitation of various leadership camps. Similar to my first term I was again responsible for the Division's website management and all marketing content creation.   Operations Manager

  Operations Manager for the Master's in Development Practice (MDP) programme. The MDP falls under the esteemed Albert Luthuli Leadership Institute at the internationally accredited University of Pretoria and is one of the best MDP programmes on the African continent.As the Operations Manager for the MDP programme, I was responsible for the smooth running of the MDP and the first point of contact for all MDP matters. I managed the MDP's online learning platform and provided operational assistance to all of the MDP students as well as the senior lecturers involved in the MDP programme. As the Operations Manager, I was also responsible for all communication with the MDP alumni, MDP students, as well as prospective MDP applicants.I joined the Albert Luthuli Leadership Institute in the middle of an academic year during a global pandemic but was able to quickly find my feet and have since been successful in my roles and responsibilities as the Operations Manager.
