  Creating baseline analysis of the Licence and Appliance Businesses, a clear understanding of the Key Performance Indicators are established. Using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) and tools, identification of impact factors within the end to end processes are identified, establishing true root-causes and corrective actions plans. Regular performance tracking is reviewed in parallel to ensure the corrective action “levers” are driving the required process improvements - “how do we know a change is an improvement unless it can be measured”.
