Successfully project managed a £700k capital project that encompassed the re-branding and launch of a high volume 232 cover restaurant, medium sized retail area, tourist information hub and an 80 cover espresso coffee shop and ice cream parlour. This, along with a shift change in the service expectations and staff attitudes, started the journey to ultimately reverse the trade deficit of £207,630 into a net profit of £132,200 in 2011 / 2012, increasing the turnover from £1.28m to £1.7m between 2009 and 2014.
