      Designed and built a start-up organizational and leadership development team focused onthe Global Functions organizations. Partnered with HR and senior executives to define comprehensive program, strategies and execution plans to address Employee Engagement (EE), leadership development, talent pipeline gaps, and organizational performance issues. Programs helped deliver a 58% increase in employee engagement after two years and continues to drive employee engagement as evidenced by top EE scores within Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Program components include:· Development and facilitation of year-long leadership development programs for entry to manager Levels. The foundation is based on 360 assessments leading to targeted development on leadership competencies.· Development and execution of global EE initiatives focused on building cultural behaviors and winning actions through live and virtual Culture Days. · Targeted advancement of an inclusive environment achieved through Unconscious Bias learning centered on bias recognition; promoted tools and strategies to help mitigate biases.· Established a Global Early Career Rotation program for new college graduates. The fully immersive two-year program focuses on functional rotations, business acumen, professional skills and leadership development. Greater than 150 program graduates with 70% retention to date.· Development and delivery of shadow, mentoring and sponsor programs.· Targeted succession planning designed to strategically get candidates to ‘ready now’ position.· Skill development programs focused on communications, program management, Lean Six Sigma and business acumen.
