  The Technology and Innovation Specialist is the Sourcing Unit’s principal point of contact for product, process and equipment implementations and modifications. Responsible for the SU implementation of new innovations, product transfers, roll-outs, recipe changes, line extensions and VIP related activities within an agreed time plan. The T&I is managing the Project Coordinator, the SUIT Team, the Data Management Team.Responsabilities:1. Responsible for the communication link between the R&D & Sourcing Unit.2. Is the first point of contact for Category3. Inputs into innovations, product and packaging developments related to site (normally a full member of the project team).4. Ensures that appropriate training is available to the SU for new or modified equipment.7. Responsible for early product management which includes QA, product safety, planning and data co-ordination. 8. Leads site sponsored trials and supports R&D led trials.9. Conducts technology and innovation troubleshooting for product, process and packaging performance.10.
