      1. Implementing and monitoring the programmes, budgeting system and financial information systems to provide accurate records of assets, liabilities and financial transactions. 2. Overseeing the operations of the Security & Monitoring Units to ensure effective surveillance/security systems and equipment, and protocols are in place to prevent any breaches and to allow for continuous improvement in security initiatives. 9. Authorizing the facilitation of Salary Payments via EFT10. Determining the “major job objectives” for each staff member based on the annual work programme11. Identifying the “Key Areas” to be used as determinants for analysis and discussion of key performance results of staff members. 12. Reviewing the preparation of, and monitoring the execution of work plans for the division ensuring they are aligned with the operational plan. 13. Modeling and forecasting of revenue collections on the bases of observed trends, macro- economic data and predictions of the expected impact of proposed policy measures.3.
