  Reporting to the Head of HR, the role was responsible for the development of 2000+ people in teams across 254 stores in England, Scotland and Wales including the support centre in York.

  Following re-structure of the GAME HR team in early 2011, successfully appointed to the role of Divisional HR Manager. The role supported 9 regions with 1500 people in 177 Game & Gamestation stores in the North of England, Scotland and Ireland with a combined annual turnover of £250 million. Primary objective for the role is delivery of the organisations’ people agenda, business partnering the regional managers and divisional general manager. Reporting to the Head of HR, the role took responsibility for a team of four Development Officers supporting 5000+ people across 650 Game & Gamestation stores in the UK and Ireland with a combined turnover of £1 billion. Primary objectives for the role were delivery of robust succession plans for all regions, support management development, Centre of Excellence store programme and underperforming stores.

  Responsible for the management of learning & development across the TSG group, including the provision & procurement of technical training. My job is to work across all teams, identifying development requirements and working with people to create the solutions to these. This includes the design, development, delivery and evaluation of activities. Primary objectives are to deliver solutions in support of management development, ensure TSG maintains its existing technical competencies and certifications (7 Microsoft Gold Competencies, VMWare Enterprise Partner, HP Gold Partner, Sage Business Partner, Sage Strategic Partner...too many list them all) and develop the team to enable them to deliver a great customer experience.
