  Senior PSD T&C Engineer

  • Prepare the test plan and the test procedures for the PSD System and with another subsystem integration systems. • Review all PSD documents (SAT, FAT, SIT, schematic diagrams, engineering documents, layout, cables (laying – termination – tagging) & interface control doc.) • Provides support to the installation team and raise my comments during the installation phase for an easier handover process (IRN) to T&C scope. • Validate all SAT tests, commission the equipment and compile the test reports for all monorail stations in EON & WON all over 35 stations for partial acceptance test certification. • Validate and Support all the integration processes with other subsystems such as signal system (RATC, VATC) – SCADA system – communication system and rolling stock for all monorail stations in EON & WON all over 35 stations for Final Acceptance Test certification. • Managed the handover process to the operation and maintenance team (O&M) • Carry out the maintenance work during the commissioning phase if required. • Update quality team by any abnormal condition or conflict process to carry NCR if required • All SAT tests carry with client NAT & Hill international supervision. • Managed PSD system supplier Panasonic and his subcontractor ASF & EMAS. • Review test progress and report test status to the T&C Director. • Ensure the availability of equipment necessary for all scheduled tests. • To follow work execution and to ensure that all work crew strictly apply for safety roles as agreed, discussed & explained in site inductions toolbox talk. • Ensuring compliance with EHS policy and guidelines at the site.
