  After being successful in my placement in Aberdeen South Superstore, I was signed off as a WL3 Store Manager on 21/09/2022 I was on secondment in Aberdeen Extra doing the Lead Fresh Manager role. This role was to develop my knowledge and skills within the large format again since being in conveience for over two years. After being successful in my Senior Manager Options, I was appointed into Holburn St Express on 02/12/2019 (August 2019 - July 2020).I then spent time as the Store Manager at Great Northern Road Express in Aberdeen (July 2020 - Feburary 2021).I opened our new Tesco Express Aberdeen Castlegate in February 2021 as the Store Manager (February 2021 - January 2022). Worked as the Non-Food Manager for a short time before going onto placement as an Express Store Manager. My role was with the twilight team was to engage colleagues to work with the stock control team, when it came to over stock investigations. I gained experience from working on nights and running the shop as a whole, focusing on the bigger picture, and not one department. While working as the Non-Food Manager I was signed onto Senior Team Options. I gained experience in a trading department, with a different range of skills I had to use. This job role included managing a team of about 20, holiday planning, performance management and time management. Non-Food was made up of News&Magazines, F&F, Health and Beauty and General Merchandise. I managed a smaller team at Aberdeen Woodend Superstore of about 15 colleagues on the Customer Service Desk and Cash Office. Managed a department of over 20 colleagues. These colleagues were in teams of the Petrol Filling Station, Customer Service Desk, Cash Office & Security. Successfully completed my Options Management Trainee Program and signed off as a Service Manager at Aberdeen South Superstore.
