Jul 2021 - Jan 2022Synthesis of neuroprotectove leptin peptides for novel therapies of Alzheimer's Disease (AD).In depth experience using instruments such as the Liberty Blue Synthesiser, Preperative HPLC, Analytical HPLC, Centrifuge, GeneVac, Rotary Evaporator, NMR, HRMS, LCMS were used in the synthesis, purification and analysis of these peptides. A scientific poster was produced containing the results at the end of this project.
