  As Training Manager, I manage and coach the team of client trainers at Press Ganey who provide educational offerings for health care organizations around the country. In addition to managing the team, I also create training programs and resources for national patient experience projects. Lastly, I continue to deliver engaging on-site and web-based training, including speaking at the 2012 and 2013 Press Ganey National Client Conferences. As a patient experience advisor, I consult with large, respected health care systems in the Midwest, South, and Southeast on patient experience. I utilize PDSA, data analysis, and best practice review to assist them in changing and improving the patient experiences at their organizations.

  As the Director, Talent Development, I lead a brilliant team of Talent Development Managers at Press Ganey Associates. We develop and deliver training to on-board and support our client-facing Press Ganey staff. My role shifted slightly between December 2012 and early 2014. I continue to manage the general training functions as described below, but I now also manage Press Ganey's team of fantastic Instructional Designers. They design patient experience toolkits, quick solution guides, online product guides, E-learning courses and more! I collaborate closely with them on the development of these resources, edit and approve these resources, and coordinate new resource creation.
