      I evaluated patients' treatment quality and trust in doctors connected through telemedicine startups inPakistan using an extensive survey approach. To attain the study's objectives, I conducted in-depthinterviews, group discussions, survey questionnaires including Likert scales, multiple-choice questions,and rating systems and evaluation of the features and functions of telemedicine platforms to understandhow platform design and usability affect patient trust and treatment quality.
