  A sample of some of the routine functions that I undertake in my current role is as follows:• Key task of commencing the initial work on all business, leases, hire purchase agreements, sale and hire purchase agreements.• Preparing and reviewing all documentation for asset finance deals, for payout and uploading to Accounts system.• Checking HPI status on assets.• Liaising with Sales Directors to ensure all information provided and deals turned around in a timely manner.• Liaise with credit with any issue which arise and need to be addresses.• After payout, registering asset, scanning documents, sending Welcome Packs.• Entering any outstanding issues to exception log and following up on same.• Proactively manage relationships with Sales Directors to protect the Company’s interest-following up on outstanding items.• Built reciprocal relationships with key people in sales and externally. I had never worked in operations before. I’ve learned how to process a deal from start to finish and everything in between. It is yet another string to my already comprehensive bow. Show less

  I am on the Interest Only team assessing Customers exit plans for their IO mortgages. It is an underwriting role but there is a lot more direct contact with borrowers. They tend to like one point of contact and I’m happy to be that point as my strengths lie in having tough conversations with borrowers. Working as an underwriter in CDU.
