  RESPONSIBILITIES (Onshore & Offshore) :•Supervise and implement the company’s health, safety and environmental program.•Responsible for the implementation of all aspects of accident prevention, loss control program, fire prevention and motor fleet accident prevention of equipment and property damages as well as first aid policies and procedures.•Ensuring implementation of company’s HSEMS and in line with local legislations.•Recommend corrective actions through pro- active job supervision and initiate the stoppage of work if there is an imminent danger and ensure corrective measures by field supervisor prior to the resumption of work.•Carry out site surveys to see to it that only safe work methods are in operation, the Health & Safety requirement are being observed and that the welfare and first aid facilities are adequately and properly maintained.•Foster within the company the understanding that the prevention of injury and damage control are an integral part of the business and operational efficiency.•Inspect the work site daily report and correct unsafe acts and conditions.•Participate in job safety analysis & Risk Assessments for scope of works.•Conduct accident investigation, analyze and formulate recommendation for corrective and prevention action.•Conduct daily surveys of construction operations to ensure compliance with client safety standard and identify safety defects and initiate corrective measures by responsible supervision.•Conducting Emergency Drills and recommending corrective actions for improvements•Keep up to date with recommended code of safety practices and safety literature disseminates applicable information to all levels of work force.•Complete safety surveillance of work activities.•Prepare Near Miss Trend Analysis to find out area to be focused to avoid incidents and accidents.•Recording and reporting Weekly & Monthly HSE Statistics for measuring the performance to ensure the compliance with the corporate HSE Objectives.
