Management of a CCTV integration project for Avon & Somerset Constabulary & recently appointed to manage the CCTV projects for the Metropolitan Police.Oct20–Aug21; Delivering enterprise ACS upgrades for various global clients. Delivery of public space CCTV for Local, District & City councils; including Genetec, Synectics, Bosch & Avigilon systems, control room upgrades/relocations & the implementation of completely new VMS while acting as Principle Contractor under the CDM regulations.March19-Oct20; Major Projects Group, Technical Project Manager for a £2M multi-disciplined project for Thames Water. Covering a large geographical area along the M4 corridor. Delivering within a dynamic environment within the stringent WIMES standards to meet a DEFRA scope. Good H&S & an excellent team, enabled continuous working throughout the pandemic to safely deliver this project.Dec17-March19; Managed a £4.5M multi-disciplined project as part of the Northumberland Redevelopment Project, the home of Tottenham Hotspur. Developing the design to a high specification & accomplishing key milestones for this new sporting venue in North London. 1000+ACS, 700+CCTV & 300+IDS. An extremely dynamic project from start to finish.After joining Tyco (2016) I was selected to manage a high-profile project for a major global client within the financial sector, AIG. Working closely with colleagues from across the world to maintain & enhance both global standards & procedures. Achieving a staged changeover of ACS, CCTV, IDS.
