strategy in the region to uphold healthy relationships with the business partners.•As a key account manager in the region, Manage key accounts and contracts on a daily basis•Assist with the measurement of key performance indicators•Perform cost and performance analysis of past and future partners•Used MS office products (MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) to prepare reports on the current period.•Ensure that Ground Handling Agent and other service suppliers are fully briefed regarding company requirements and that they deliver them in a timely and efficient manner.•Deal with arising issues such as delays, disruptions, excess baggage or denied boarding including implementation of the "Options" Scheme, within the guidelines provided by Ground Services Manager in order to retain customer confidence and loyalty.•Adopt problem-solving ideas beyond provided guidelines and keep senior staff informed of actions taken.•Investigate and respond to queries, complaints and claims received from passengers in an efficient and timely manner.•Ensure expeditious and accurate completion of all post-flight activities including dispatch of messages, reports, forwarding of documentation and completion of station file so that down-line operations can proceed smoothly and any future queries can be responded to.•Reconcile uplifted revenue documents and ensure all requirements are completed and included in the flight packet before it is forwarded to Revenue Accounts.•Provide assistance and support to GSM in the follow-up of discrepancies and ensure implementation of corrective actions.•Assist GSM in completing flight handling and other reports (or independently prepare them in his/her absence).•Ensure flights are closed and finalized on time.•Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements Mostrar menos Making and confirming reservations for passengers, and selling tickets for the airlines.•Serve customers professionally by telephone or in person in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue, and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.•Assists passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart.•Issue tickets and, quote correct fares and tariffs using the reservation system to ensure maximum customer satisfaction whilst minimizing complaints on a daily basis.•Perform a detailed daily flight firming check to maximize flight utilization and reduce “no-shows” on a daily basis.•Assist mishandled passengers such as to minimize passenger complaints on a daily basis.•Perform cash reconciliation to
