  Prior to the purchase of BBC Transmission by Crown castle International, I was responsible for the development and management of a team of project engineers in the design and installation of mobile operator BSC and BTS equipment on BBC portfolio sites. Responsible for the project management of large scale, high value antenna engineering projects both in the UK and abroad. Production of tender specifications, award and management of contracts, control of the works on the ground and ensuring quality, time and budgets were met. Based at the BBC's Transmitting Station at Rampisham and responsible for the operation and maintenance of thirty four, four band HF antenna arrays and their associated feeder and matrix systems and all BBC antenna systems in the South West of England and Channel Islands, included UHF, VHF and MF broadcast antennas and combining units.. Also having line responsibility for a team of rigger mechanics.
