Besides the supervision of various civil, structural, architectural and selective demolition works, managed critical path activities such as 400,000sf terrazzo installation (a member of six-sigma black belt PIP), 80,000sf interior glazing, 25,500sf stone cladding, 22 public toilets, 100 hotel rooms with spa and gym interior finishes including a lap pool; also interface management between different contract packages including the frontage roads. - Quality Inspector in HIA Passenger Terminal: Conducted 1104 quality inspections in various interior finishing trades. Reviewed 2710 architectural, civil and structural as-built drawings.- Construction and Quality Manager of Airport Security Screening Systems: Led the contractor with 2 engineers. Managed airport-wide security screening systems with the installation of 120 x-ray machines, 280 walk-through metal detectors and 100 ETD machines including testing, commissioning and final turnover documents. - Construction and Quality Manager of Passenger Terminal and Car Park Directional Signs and Economy, First and Business Class Check-in Islands, Counters and Kiosks: Managed the installation and inspections of economy & first-business class check-in islands, including directional signs in the entire passenger terminal and short term car park, interface coordination, final turnover documents and formal walk-downs with the client representatives. - Quality Inspector in the entire airport: Quality inspections and processing of architectural punch items in all buildings of the airport including Qatar Civil Defense comments for the opening.
