Handles the Roaming Monthly invoices by sending and tracking the missing from our side towards the Roaming partners.8. Confirming the monthly usage of Roaming partners.9. Handles the roaming charging cases raised by revenue assurance.10. Handles the HUR contact list to keep it always updated with the latest E-Mail addresses to assure the reports be sent to the correct concerned personnel. 11. Handles the IB/OB variances issued raised by the RPs on the roaming traffic.12. Handles the CN/DN request by the RPs to confirm/ reject their validity.13. Handles the IOT checking for faults and taking proper actions with concerned teams and the DCH.14. Handles the National Roaming work flow (Charging, TAP files exchanges, revenue gaps & discrepancies) between Local RPs. Show less
