  In this role, I am responsible for leading and assuring efficient operations of the engineering department while developing new layout for all the branches. I have success in mentoring and motivating a team of other architects working on the Fountain mall project in Aqaba. My other roles in this organisation includes assisting in defining project development phases from initial programming to construction document and implementation processes.
