Actively involved in all aspects of HR for 2,000 employees in 4 locations including: recruiting, new-hire orientation, benefits administration, employee relations, training, development, Workers Compensation claims, unemployment, metrics, reporting, compensation planning and workforce analytics. Hired in my last semester at UNM as an HR Assistant to assist with filing, paperwork, and back-office duties. Within two weeks began interviewing, hiring, and leading employee orientations.
