      As a technical assistant, the major task is to resolve client’s daily issues, such as server connection failure, MS Office 365 migration, setting up a new laptop, etc. Usually, the requirements will be gathered by the manager and the job will be created on the CRM system. Then the job will be sent to us according to each one’s ability. As for an intern, the job includes setting up the data backup software and configuring the backup image, reload the operation system, installing software that clients need, setting up VPN connection to their domain server, preparing outlook account and data, etc. The job should be received through CRM system and when the job is finished, it should be assigned to the accounting department.
