      Extensive modification of the Airbus A330 platform.Avionics contractor for the Airbus A330 MRTT conversion including technical support for Design Engineers. This allowed rectification of drawings/documents to enable correct installation of wiring and equipment. Tasks include repair, modify and install looms to meet the modification requirements. Removal and installation of LRU’s, antennas, fuel probes, overhead control panels, fire bottles and other equipment. Involved in aircraft systems checks for reliability. These checks ranged from BITE testing, Pitot/Static tests, through to simulating flight conditions for serviceability. Show less
