  Technical Program Manager

  As a member of Pebblebee’s leadership team, I drive the development and delivery of our digital product lineup while serving as the primary point of contact for our LATAM division. I manage end-to-end product life cycles—crafting PRDs, wireframes, and UI prototypes; running sprints; and overseeing multiple teams, including iOS, Android, Cloud/Web, and QA. My day-to-day involves continuous alignment with engineering leads, prioritizing backlogs using data-driven frameworks, and refining our analytics stack (e.g., Mixpanel) to measure impact and inform key decisions.Beyond the code, I handle operational responsibilities: ensuring smooth local operations for our LATAM staff, planning in-person events, representing Pebblebee at global tech conferences like CES and MWC, and now recently collaborating closely with manufacturing partners in China. I also take a hands-on role in talent acquisition, from designing interview processes to being part of final hiring decisions, and have implemented systems and documentation practices that keep our entire organization efficient, informed, and consistently moving forward.
