  Got Promoted to Program Manager and returned back to India. Started working on Credit Suisse Account. Successfully managed multiple projects and handled large team during my tenure in Credit Suisse. One notable program was the Finance Gateway Program. This was a large and complex program involving different technologies with a large team of 50 resources. The whole program was run from offshore with a thin presence of few selected team members at onsite. The system was already in use by the different downstream systems and used to get multiple enhancement request with a very fast turnaround time to enable the users for faster enablement of business features. Implemented different delivery options to deliver the requests as per expectation e.g. strategically keeping resources at onsite and offshore to cover the time-zone and split team working to have extended support hours etc. Show less During this period mostly worked at onsite in AXA, Australia and OCBC Singapore. >> AXA Australia -- Worked as a technical manager and contributed outside my project to support the account. Due to my contribution and relationship in the account, the customer asked for me to get involved as a transition manager for the Database maintenance and support services offshoring initiative. This was successfully transitioned and handed over to the BAU team after the cooling down period.>> OCBC Singapore -- I delivered multiple projects successfully in a very challenging work environment of very tight schedule and demanding customer. To support the team, conceptualized and driven the team to create automated conversion programs to reduce the duration and cost for a system migration project. Show less Joined WIPRO and immediately got deployed to a very prestigious project in Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). I played the role of Technical lead for the Data Warehouse development and support the online surveillance system to get data from warehouse. The SLA requirement for the result-set was very stringent, I created optimized database queries for the Online Surveillance application and tuned them to perform as per expectation. These queries were used on orders for online fraud detection and take immediate action before the trade transaction is executed.After completion of the BSE Project, moved to Melbourne, Australia to work on projects in AXA, Australia.
