      2014 National Grand Championship Traffic Bowl Winner Institute of Transportation Engineers Aug 2014 Over 190 students representing 63 schools took part in the 2014 Collegiate Traffic Bowl Program, which was won by the University of Texas at Austin team. Along with the honor of being named National Champions, we were able to bring $2,000 in prize money to our student chapter.The traffic bowl is a jeopardy style competition testing the knowledge of various transportation resources including the USDOT Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), Highway Capacity Manual (HCM)… Show more Over 190 students representing 63 schools took part in the 2014 Collegiate Traffic Bowl Program, which was won by the University of Texas at Austin team.
