  The Creative Event Division is one of the divisions within Gerakan UI Mengajar (GUIM) and is responsible for organizing various GUIM activities, both online and offline. In the 14th cohort of Gerakan UI Mengajar, the Creative Event (CRE) Division carried out a series of activities divided into three phases: pre-action, action, and post-action.• Successfully designed and executed 8 flagship programs, including Grand Opening, GUIMO Discover, Committee and Teacher Inauguration, Informal Classes, Rumah Pelangi, Festival Rakyat, and Grand Closing.• Coordinated a 17-member division team, overseeing daily implementation of field programs such as informal education sessions, community revitalization, and village-wide cultural events.• Led the development and implementation of the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework for GUIM 14 in Desa Dalangan, Blora, enabling outcome-based assessment of program effectiveness.• Supervised the production of 8 alumni storytelling content pieces for the Open Recruitment campaign, published via Instagram with an average reach of 7,100+ views and 335+ likes per post.• Organized a fully offline Grand Opening event attended by over 200 participants, featuring panelists from government, NGOs, academia, and professionals to introduce the movement's mission.• Generated 6 educational posters as creative deliverables from the informal class program, used to support ongoing community learning engagement.
