This included the hugely successful 100 Women in Property mentoring program.Furthermore we have set and exceeded a target of female committee representation across the Property Council of 40 per cent by 2017.We have also taken The Panel Pledge, ensuring gender diversity on every panel at our events.Other initiatives include annual national roundtable meeting of our diversity committees at The Property Congress and the development of a diversity strategy for the industry that looks beyond gender. In 2017 we focused on building the talent pipeline by running the inaugural Girls in Property Week, including 120 high school students from four Sydney girls high schools. In this program we ran seminars, conducted site tours and invited the girls to our annual Women in Property Lunch to provide insight into career opportunities for women in the property sector.
