As a company, it is important to ask yourself; Why are we here? And especially; What do we want to achieve? What is the overall goal and direction?CLARITY - OWNERSHIP - COMMON UNDERSTANDINGA number of companies experience challenges when working with long-term strategy work. And challenges with the traditional approach to strategy are often that the gaze or horizon falls "downward" too fast, one becomes too short-term in the work, and can thus experience losing the long-term direction. In addition, companies can often experience a lack of connection from vision to practice. By starting with the current situation, which is common in traditional strategy work, the focus quickly evolves around obstacles and limitations based on the present situation. And as a response, people often quickly move into HOW to solve things, based on the knowledge and experience from where they are now. This in turn reinforces a short-term view. It is important with analyzes of the current situation when we go into solutions and plans for the next steps, but the process can not start there ....The Audsynn method consists of two central parts; a strategy part, called the North Star process, and an implementation part. The North Star process is a systematic process for finding a clear, well-defined future goal, called the North Star. By working backwards from the North Star, you will find the way to the goal, a road called the North Star Map.Implementation of the strategy takes place using specific tools for prioritization and focus "in everyday life", including the use of Focus plans and BETs (Bull Eye Targets). The Audsynn method was developed by Stian Lavik and Solfrid Sagstad, and is based on elements from several international tools and methods, as well as their own experiences in strategy work and business development. • Deliberate Impact Ltd

      Co-CEO & Founder

With Deliberate Impact Ltd, we aim to empower people and organisations to change the world by bringing them together, activating communities and enabling them to work towards a common purpose. With the purpose-driven Takk! online fundraising and community platform crowdsourced causes and initiatives are realised, achieving the desired impact and making people's lives better.Every country in the world is experiencing growth in both the size and the proportion of older persons in the population. Maintaining healthy behaviours throughout life, and having a supportive physical and social environment enables people to do what is important to them, and have a high quality of life - as well as be a positive resource for the society. The adult social care system in the UK are said to be needing a fundamental reform to make it fit for the 21st century, especially when it comes to getting funds that in return support the sector to deliver solutions and services that enables people to live fuller lives independent of age or functional level. Crowdfunding has a vast amount of opportunities, including the strong potential to contribute positively towards the sustainable growth of societies by filling social funding gaps. And emerging on the back of this, is the ability for crowdfunding platforms to create and foster digital communities and collaborations across generations, businesses and national boarders; all united through a common cause, shared social values and synergies.
