By building strong relationships with local rugby clubs I help to strengthen their capacity and performance through the delivery of high quality coaching with targeted groups of players, through the provision of mentoring/support to voluntary club coaches and by identifying and training potential coaches.I am required to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships and to use these to support the growth and development of my clubs, improving the quality of experience for existing players and members whilst developing and implementing local strategies to grow the game of Rugby Union.
