The material of muffler filler was changed allowing to reduce noise level. Efficiency was confirmed by appropriate tests. 3. The new pressure controller was developed and based on pressure controller by "WABCO".

  Responsibilities: Design hydraulic equipment and units of trucks, building and agriculture machinery. Carry out CAE analyses, mathematical modeling and mechanical calculation using CAD, CAE software. Prototype bench testing. Accomplishments: 1. Hydraulic Control Unit. Designed hydraulic control unit based on hydraulic remote control HC-RCX by "Hydro Control". Worked out mathematical model of slide-valve movement using MATLAB. 2. Orbital Motor MRR160. Designed orbital motor based on orbital motor type OMP size 160 by "Sauer-Danfoss". 3. Hydraulic Control Blocks. Designed and accompanied in production hydraulic control devices which is used for hydraulic cylinders control of different harvester machines. This product range was designed and developed in common with "Argo-Hytos". 4. Flow Amplifier UPT005. This device was designed for bumping up flow and boosting the power, steering control to the biggest machines like tip truck. Based on OSQA steering flow amplifier by "Sauer-Danfoss". Show less

  Responsibilities:- Analyzing, clarifying and defining the lighting requirements with the customer based on the existing specifications and existing CAD data in coordination with involved parties- Estimating the required lighting development resources and costs in consultation with the involved parties, creating appropriate schedules taking into account the overall schedule for a development project- Providing designed optical geometries of lighting components for the design and possibly for external parties in accordance with existing methods and procedures (including product creation process)- Planning and creating the computer-aided design and calculation of geometries for optical components in cooperation with the responsible parties (lighting laboratory)- Conducting or assisting in computer-aided design (CAD/CAL) simulations for development projects in cooperation with the lighting laboratory- Conducting a computer-aided assessment of designed devices; presenting the results to internal and external parties- Ordering and representing the creation of light samples as part of development projects; identifying corresponding target deviations and developing and coordinating of solution alternatives- Tracking agreed project objectives in terms of quality, cost and schedules for the development of optical components; notifying the responsible project manager in case of occurring target deviations and identification of alternatives- Capturing, analyzing and evaluating new lighting requirements of customers in collaboration with involved parties (specifications analysis); developing appropriate solutions in consultation with internal and external parties- Ensuring that defined lighting standards are met in series development; involving Pre-development and other parties in coordination and implementation of new concepts of optics and lighting alternatives and innovations.
