       Ensure due compliance with regulations of Qatar central bank and policy & Procedures. Monitor changes issued by regulators and ensure that these are communicated andimplemented. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provide general guidance on how to avoidor deal with similar situations in the future. Identify compliance risks from every business line and manage them by providing training,advice, testing and monitoring. Maintain a proper register of all incidents reported internally and externally. Reply to queries of Qatar Central bank, QFIU and other government agencies. Conducting regular monitoring of transactions & Customers, and sending inquiries to branches regarding suspicious/high risk activities. Screening customers/clients and transactions globally against the sanctions lists. Review of new product for assessment of money laundering risk and compliance with local laws. Analysis of suspicious activity reports that have been reported from the branches. Preparation of Suspicious Transaction report STR to be submitted to Qatar financial intelligence unit (QFIU). Maintain ongoing awareness and current knowledge of all applicable internal / external compliance requirements. Show less  Create and update an internal audit plan. Develop and maintain detailed audit testing programs for every area. Independently evaluate the risk management and controls of the exchange house through periodic assessments. Assess the overall integrity and effectiveness of the AML/CFT compliance program, including policies, procedures and processes. Determine personnel adherence to the institution’s AML/CFT policies, procedures and processes. Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation ,previous reports, data, flowcharts etc Conduct the internal auditing as per an adopted scheme covering all the activities of the exchange house(verification, evaluation of the activities and different administrative affairs, render recommendation, express opinion in the matters related to the systems and procedures of computers and verify its effectiveness ,compliance of the employees regarding the policies and systems approved by the board of directors and the extent of respect and compliance of the official to the powers granted to them, etc) Perform inquiries and testing as needed to identify and resolve vulnerabilities. Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum. Prepare and present reports to the board of directors that reflect audit’s results and document process. Track all audit and regulatory recommendations for corrective action as well as indicate the target date for completion and the personnel responsible.
