Hose line/ Pumping operations, uses of hand/power/hydraulic tools, climbing of various ground ladders and aerial platforms. Respond to various types of rescue and hazardous materials situations. Assist in building, ground, equipment/ vehicle maintenance and repair. Use of maps and operates two-way radio as necessary. Keep records, investigates fire causes as well as makes fire law inspections and prepare reports. Perform Emergency medical duties in medical situations, mentor and leadership training and management of personnel. Public Information Officer (PIO) for Riverside County All Hazards Incident Management Team III as well as State Incident management teams for large scale emergency incidents and operations throughout the state of California and region.
