Responsibilities included invasive species management, leader tying, propagating, transplanting, and driving a truck and trailer for watering routes. Performed DIY maintenance, such as creating shaded areas for optimal plant growth.• Engaged with the community by providing education on best urban forestry practices. Conducted interactive demonstrations on proper planting techniques and care. Organized and led volunteer workdays with 15+ participants, fostering community engagement and participation.• Demonstrated exceptional communication skills while interacting with nursery customers in person and over the phone. Handled inquiries and addressed their needs with professionalism and expertise.• Developed an Airtable database to streamline nursery inventory management, replacing cumbersome spreadsheets.
