  As a Learning and Development Coordinator, I have supported the training and professional development initiatives within our organization. Collaborated with various team leads to identify training needs, develop learning materials, and coordinate training sessions. - Training Needs Assessment:Worked closely with CEO, COO, department heads, and HR to identify training needs across the organization.Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather feedback and insights on training requirements.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee skills and knowledge.- Learning Material Development:Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources.Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.- Training Coordination:Schedule and coordinate training sessions, and seminars, both in-person and virtual.Communicate training schedules, objectives, and logistics to participants.Arrange venues, equipment, and materials necessary for training delivery.- Facilitation and Delivery:Facilitate training sessions as needed, either independently or in collaboration with trainers and facilitators.Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the training process.- Evaluation and Feedback:Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.Collect feedback from participants and trainers to identify strengths and areas for improvement.Use evaluation data to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve training offerings.Prepared a retrospective of the entire process after the training was completed.
